Research has shown Mindfulness practises to be significantly beneficial in reducing recurring depression. MBCT is a natural adjunct to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The work is centered in observation of physiological and mental responses in the here and now and has its roots in unconditional acceptance and compassion towards oneself.
