Goal Setting is an important part in Coaching and Psychotherapy. It may be that initially you are unclear about your goal or that during the course of our work together your goals change. Either way TheArtOfBeing nurtures you as a person, draws out from and focuses on, your lifetime of resources and experiences. Goals are aligned with the essence of who you are – your true desires - your values and ethics - these are powerful drivers of goal achievement. If you can learn to face and conquer all the pitfalls that life puts your way, then you are more assured of achieving your goals. Once commitment to your goal is established, I partner with you and use a number of proven methods to ensure goal achievement. |
